Well & Wild

A women-focused social and wellness club.

Well & Wild is a women-focused social club. When developing this idea, we wanted to focus on creating a space where women can feel safe, nurtured and supported.

It is not just a social club.

Wild & Well is not just a social club; it’s a movement toward improving mental and physical health of women 35 and over. Especially those of – mothers, the most over-looked demographics in the world.

By providing meaningful, elevated, immerse experiences and fostering a strong sense of community, we aim to create lasting value for our participants while contributing to a healthier, more connected world.

Join the tribe of women who want to be healthier, happier and more present.

We are celebrating the ordinary things and experiences, but in extraordinary ways. This is a club by women, for women, to celebrate women. To make them feel safe, appreciated, loved, taken care of all while nurturing their physical and mental needs and fostering new meaningful relationships with other women.

Supercharge your life through our specially curated for women events and retreats.

June 12, 2025

Join us for an intimate screening of EGG, the provocative film that delves into the complexities, contradictions, and absurdities surrounding modern motherhood and womanhood and the choices women make – to be or not to be a parent.

Described as "a searing examination of how class, privilege, money, and freedom of choice intersect" (Refinery29), and as a film where "questions about parenthood might make audiences uncomfortable" (the Washington Post), EGG challenges societal norms and sparks meaningful conversations. It was made with female heads of every department & awarded the inaugural Women In Media & and The Arts Collaboration Award.
